Rental Policies

Booking Policy
Bookings are made with a 50% deposit 30 days or more before arrival.
Reservations must be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
* More than 15 days in advance: 60% refund of payments received
* 5 to 14 days: no refund, but 50% is transferable for one year
* 0 to 4 days: no refund/no transfer.

Arrival Times

Arrive between 10 am until 4 pm.

$300.00 to $1,000.00 per week
