Property Description

The Sea Haven was built in 1989 by the owner and his father with careful consideration for every level of the home to be utilized by a large family or group. The beauty of the home is that you can spread out, while still feeling connected.

Property Details

The Sea Haven is 2800' home, with two oceanside decks, and one deck overlooking the Coastal mountain range and coast pines.
The Main Level boasts a full size kitchen that is fully equipped. The dining table sits eight, with an eating bar that sits four. The Living Room is cozy with a wood burning stove (wood provided) & entertainment system. Full views of the ocean and the kelp bed in front of the house where the whales like to feed. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a continental bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination.

The Upper Level has another Living Room area, Game Table setup and Wet Bar. There is a sleeping loft, or play area for the children, and the views are spectacular. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed with a continental bathroom featuring a shower. The Living Room has a sleeper couch with a Queen mattress, and sleeping bags can be laid out in the sleeping loft.
(Extra Full Size mattress available for sleeper bed or to put on floor as well) Oceanside & East Deck on this level.

Daylight Basement features the Game Room that boasts a Piano, Foosball and Air Hockey. There is also a bunkbed set in that room and a loveseat. There is also a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a separate bathroom (with shower)/laundry facilities.

The Main Deck is the width of the house, and is surrounded with built in benches. Lawn chairs are also provided, as well as a Weber charcoal BBQ.

Parking available for three cars, with potential off-street parking for another car.

Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy: 50% of deposit paid will be refunded if 30 days notice of cancellation is given. There is no refund for a cancellation notice of less than 30 days unless rebooking within 90 days of your original reservation date.

$1,745.00 to $1,875.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$285/night (May-Oct) $265/nt (Nov-Apr) for 1st eight occupants
$15/night for each addtl occupant (up to 4 additional)
Four night min. June - August
Three night min. - Holidays, Spring Brk.
Two night min - all other dates
Weekly rates listed: for 8 occupants
$85 Cleaning Fee
9.5% Hotel Tax + 1% Lodging Tax
$200 Security Deposit
