Our traditional villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 2km from the wonderful beach of La Barrosa and comprises of 1 double bed & 1 twin, a large lounge with open fireplace, sofa bed, TV with English Free view channels, DVD & CD player with a small selection of CDs & DVDs. The fully equipped & tiled kitchen is light and airy with 2 windows and door to the garden; it has fitted units with washing machine, fridge/freezer, new cooker, microwave, iron & ironing board. The large fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower over, ample towels provided plus hairdryer. Outside there are two covered porch areas with dining tables and a traditional Spanish outdoor kitchen with sink, food preparation area & BBQ. There is a 6mx4m gated pool and a lawn area with loungers. The villa is surrounded by a garden wall ensuring complete privacy. Entrance to the house is through large lockable gates, ensuring that everything is safe and secure (including any children). There is ample parking for several cars.

Rental Policy

The property has a 6m x 4m pool with secure gate for cooling off in the summer months (mid Apr/mid Oct) Cot & highchair may be available. For larger groups we also own the 3 bed property directly adjacent (property 13029), which is completely seperate but ideal for those who wish to holiday together but also have their own private space.

Arrival Times

Mid week changeovers may be possible.
