For a home this size and in this location, Toucan House is so competitively priced we think you will not want to consider any other lodging for your monthly vacation. Toucan House has three bedrooms and two baths and will accommodate six long term renters with short term sleeping arrangements for eight. Please note, Toucan House like most private homes on Sanibel Island is mandated to be a 28 day minimum rental. No nightly or weekly bookings are possible.
