The Trout House is your private stream-side mountain retreat, exquisitely furnished with all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms and two full baths accommodate up to eight guests in this handsome log home. Nestled in the cottonwoods at the base of 11,00 ft, Emigrant Mountain, The Trout House incorporates a vaulted great room, stone fireplace, well stocked gourmet's kitchen, large deck with outdoor spa, fire ring, and picnic area into the perfect place for friends, family or a romantic getaway.

The Guest Cabin will accommodate up to four guests, and is beautifully appointed with a western flair. Private sun deck, gear and rod racks, creek fishing, stream-side fire ring and picnic area, horseshoes, and the best views in Montana are just a few reasons to make The Guest Cabin or The Trout House your Yellowstone Country headquarters.

We are minutes from Chico Hot Springs, mid-way between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park and the Yellowstone River is at the end of the road.

Area activities include: flyfishing, fishing, wildlife viewing, bird watching, hiking, trail rides, rodeos, river rafting, in-house massage, hot springs, day spa, skiing, dogsledding, horseshoes, volleyball, lawn croquet, swing, and just relaxing in the streamside hammock.

Rental Policies

Trout House-June to October $2600 per week (7 Nights) $450 per night (4 nt min.)
Trout House-October to June $1500 per week (7 nights) $250 per night (2nt. min.)

Guest Cabin $120 per night for 2 guests/$800 per week (7 nights)
$20 per night per guest additional

50% Deposit required to secure reservation.

Balance, Tax and Security Due 21 days prior to arrival.
7% tax applies to all rates

$600 Security Deposit (for Trout House only)
