Property Details

Kihei Alii Kai is a quiet Condominium, excellent to relax. The property offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna as well as tennis courts and gas barbecuers with a picnic area. Parking is complimentary and is available for all guests. You must register all guests and vehicles in the Registration office near by the swimming pool. Swimming pool area is open from 9am till 9pm. Tennis court use from 8am til 6pm.

Rental Policies

Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation policy: 15 days prior to schedulled arrival. A cancellation fee of one night room and tax will apply for cancelations post policy.
Early Check out: three nights room and tax non refundable
Deposit: minimum two nights rental or up to 25% of rent.

5 nights minimum stay includes cleaning fees ($85.00)
DECEMBER 15TH thru APRIL 15TH: $165/night
APRIL 16TH thru DECEMBER 14TH: $125/night
Extended Stay Discounts Available
All rates are subject to 11.42% Tax. Rates apply to double occupancy.
Additional adult $25.00 per night.
