This wonderful new villa in Sunrise Lakes offers everything you and your family need for a perfect vacation. Sunrise Lakes is only 10 minutes from Disney and close to 24hr Walmart, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa has large screened pool, with unique waterfall feature, bbq. spa, extended decking, luxury outdoor furniture for outdoor living. The pool has multicolor underwater lighting. The villa has 2 large family rooms, 2 dining tables, one formal and one casual eating area with views over the pool. The large kitchen is fitted with all appliances and has a breakfast bar. The separate utility room houses a washer and tumble dryer. We have 5 large bedrooms including an enormous master suite decorated in a Tropical Island theme and featuring 'Simba' our life sized tiger. We have 2 childrens themed rooms each with twin beds. Your little girls will love the Disney Princess room and little boys will adore the Disney character room.
The games room features a full sized pool table, foozeball, roll-a-ball game and tots corner.
We have a total of 7 tv's. high speed internet connection, free local telephone calls and some amazing features not normally associated with rental homes. This villa is perfect for 2 families sharing.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A security deposit of £200 is required with each booking. This is refunded after your stay. To heat the pool and spa is £95 per week. Minimum rental period 4 nights.
