Sosua is located on the fabulous northern coast of the Dominican Republic : only 10 minutes drive to Puerto Plata airport, or 90 minutes to the new airport at Santiago.
The village is famous for its broad sandy beaches, great scuba diving and snorkeling,lively nightlife and casinos, plus a great selection of restaurants, and shops of all types,plus a selection of interesting folk from around the world who now call
the town and surrounding areas their home.

Tradewinds condominium is a great community of mainly foreign residents and second home owners set at the eastern edge of town. The lush tropical gardens and trees are carefully maintained and surround a lovely freshwater pool surrounded by tables, chairs and sunloungers, plus a shady gazebo. There is an on site backup power generator, security staff round the clock, and even a token operated laundry center.

The bungalow has the very distinctive advantage of a large covered porch to front and the rear of the property, offering extensive private areas for al fresco living rarely found outside an exclusive villa.

The large main room has a high ceiling with fan, large modern sofa bed and two huge matching armchairs, cable tv., small stereo system and dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4 ring gas stove with full oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, blender, and pots/pans and crockery.

The bathroom has a huge walk in shower area, great for sharing with friends ! The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, and a desktop computer with internet connection.
The bedroom is cooled by ceiling fan and a modern split a/c unit with remote control.

Rental Policies

*Long-stay special in summer = usd 20 per night plus power and cleaning for stays of 60 nights and more.*
