Built in 1990 on one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio, CBW has completely unobstructed views of Manuel Antonio Bay, Pacific Ocean and surrounding jungle. Located 50 meters before the world famous Hotel La Mariposa, CBW can host 2 to 10 guests.

The property has an unbeatable location that's within short walking or driving distance to many of the area’s restaurants, businesses and hotels, as well as the main transportation route between Quepos and the Manuel Antonio beach areas. Our website has a “Maps” section that will show you just how close CBW really is to everything to do and see in the area.

We have a wonderful 31’ x 19’ swimming pool. It’s 3’ to 6’ deep with 4 swim up barstools adjacent to a sunken bar with covered rancho. There are plenty of quality chaise lounges and matching chairs to arrange around the pool deck. Professional pool service is provided twice per week.

Our Villa is a unique split-level design. The upper and lower levels are completely independent. This allows your group multiple rooming and privacy options. The upper level can be rented by itself at a reduced rate.

There is independent Air-Conditioning in both levels.

The 1,500 square foot upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a large covered panoramic veranda.

The upper veranda is like a “Tropical Great Room” with spectacular ocean and jungle views. This area is the centerpiece to CBW’s classic Costa Rican “indoor/outdoor” lifestyle. The veranda offers an 8-person hardwood dining table, comfortable furniture, service bar and a gas BBQ grill.

The 2 upper level bedrooms have custom made King size and Queen size iron beds with Air-Conditioning, ceiling and floor fans. The master bedroom opens out to the garden and has its own small covered veranda with ocean views.

The living room has 2 comfortable leather couches and a matching recliner, fully outfitted bar, 27” Color TV with Cable, a 500-watt stereo system with DVD/VHS and a 5-disc CD player. All stereo components and speakers were brought from America.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make great meals; refrigerator with ice maker, gas oven/range, microwave, blenders, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, cutlery, flatware, multiple plate sets, glasses, tumblers, coffee cups, utensils, gadgets, plenty of mixing, storage and serving bowls, and more.

The independent 800 square foot Air-Conditioned lower level has 2 bedrooms each with floor and ceiling fans, 1 bathroom and its own private ocean view covered veranda. There is a custom made King size iron bed in the main bedroom with 20” Color TV, Cable and a DVD player. The bedroom opens out to the veranda.

The second bedroom is like a "sleeping porch" that can sleep up to 4 people between 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bunk bed. It also opens out to the veranda. There is also a 6-person dining table on the veranda.

We have an on-site laundry facility with a large capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer set, as well as an iron and ironing board.

One (1) full maid service is provided in each weekly rental.

Our property manager is a friendly, experienced, knowledgeable American who is fluent in the local Spanish. He has been living and working in the Manuel Antonio area for over 12 years.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

3 night minimum stay, except Christmas and New Years Holidays ($4,500/week).

Dec 1 to April 30 $2,800/week full villa ($400/day), 2,300/week upper level only ($330/day).

May 1 to August 31 $2,300/week full villa ($330/day), $1,800/week upper level only ($260/day).

Sept 1 to Nov 30 $1,800/week ($260/day), $1,400/week upper level only ($200/day).
