The Guesthouse is Completely Furnished with a One Bedroom, a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room (both queens), Garage and Driveway Parking on the Property. Also has a Private Yard to have a Bar-B-Q, Grill is supplied.
Our Alton, Illinois Cottage is just across the Mississippi from Missouri.

St. Louis, Missouri is only 25 Miles Away, where the Famous Gateway Arch is Located, the Edward Jones Dome home of the Rams. St Louis also offers a Free Nationally Famous Zoo, and the Missouri Botanical Gardens, the St Louis Muny, and Fox Theatre.

Rental Policies

We Accept Mastercard,Visa,Discover. Personal Checks - Check Must be Received Two Weeks Prior to Stay, and a active credit card for security.
Two Night Minimum Except for some Package Stays. One Night Stay may be allowed depending on availability. One Night Rate - add $20.

Rates Based on One to Two Person Occupancy
$20 Each additional person, each night.
Advanced Reservations are Required.

An Active Credit Card will Hold the Cottage until Your Arrival.

Cancellation: We ask that as a Small Inn, You Understand our Need for Ample Notice of Cancellation. A Full Refund will be made if notice of Cancellation is given at least 10 days prior to arrival. A Gift Certificate will be given for Cancellation with Less Than 10 days notice, Unless We can Fill Your Dates Cancelled, then a Full Refund will be Given
