Step back into time 100 years and experience the beauty of the late 1800’s in this Lovely BED & BREAKFAST INN located Directly on the Strip in the First Resort Village in Ohio known as Geneva-On-The-Lake. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, the Inn has been restored to its nearly original state, including all original woodwork, yet offers modern conveniences such as heat, air-conditioning, gas fireplaces, and effective June, 2006, Color Cable Television in every room. Steeped in tradition, our Guests may enjoy the cozy, laid back, elegantly functional atmosphere while sitting on white wicker cushioned chairs & rockers or porch swing on our wrap-around front porch. Take in the star-filled nights, watch the magnificent Lake Erie Sunsets, or take a cool swim from our Private Beach Access just across the street. Sip a cold beverage, or your favorite Wine from one of our many local Wineries. If a bit more rustic atmosphere is to your liking, our Newly Renovated Cottages 2006 offer a large private courtyard for couples and/or small family gatherings. A large parking area is available for your boat, or you may wish to dock at our beautiful State Park Marina.

As the morning begins, Bed & Breakfast Guests may enjoy in the parlor, or on the wrap-around front porch, a hot baked breakfast entrée & meats served with fresh fruit, home-baked breads and/or muffins, juices, coffee & teas. As the day moves forward, guests may enjoy a quiet walk to the State Park Marina or a ride through the County to observe the many Historic Covered Bridges and Antique Shops in which Ashtabula County is so famed. If driving is not your forte, you may wish to take a tour of the many local Wineries and let Ashtabula County Winery Transportation do the driving. If your desire is just lounging around on the front porch, or in front of a warm fire in the parlor or sitting areas, a good book always suits the day. The Inn Keepers, at your request, may arrange for Dinner Reservations and/or Winery Tours (see 'Inn Specials').

Rental Policies

RATES: Bed & Breakfast Rooms & Efficiency Cottage Rates are based on a two-person maximum, plus *two-night weekend minimum from Mid-June to Mid-October. The Two Bedroom Cottage Rate is based on a six-person maximum with a four-night minimum from Mid-June to Mid-October. *Two-Night weekend minimum may be considered as Thursday to Sunday.

DEPOSIT: Pre-payment of the 1st night, or 50% for two or more, is required to confirm your reservation. The payment may be paid by check, but must be received within seven days after your reservation is made. Until received, a hold for the 1st night will be placed on Credit Card. Final payment may be made at the time of check-in. We accept VISA / MasterCard / Discover.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation made will receive a minimum cancellation fee of $50.00 per room and/or cottage reserved. Any cancellation made 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, LESS the first night rental fee per room and/or cottage reserved. Any cancellation received within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. This also applies to early departures. No Exceptions, Please.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Our Check-In time is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, or by special arrangement. Our Check-Out time is 11:00 am. A signed credit receipt will be held on file as a security deposit. A removal of items from Room/Cottage charge of $35.00 will be assessed for any room and/or cottage not vacated by 11:15 am. A full day Room/Cottage charge will be assessed for any items not removed from the Inn after 1:00 pm, unless special arrangement is made prior to 11:00 am. The Parking area for all vehicles is located on the West Side of the Inn. Boats and/or Jet-Ski's may be parked behind the storage building. Unless prior arrangements are made, parties not arriving by 7 am the day following reserved date will be considered a no-call no-show, thus your Room/Cottage will be re-rented.

DAMAGE: There will be a charge for any missing or damaged items, including a $20 charge for all un-returned keys.
