On Lefkada Island... Great beaches, "Porto Katsiki," "Milos," and more are from the most beautiful of all Greece. Kilometers of turquoise water along the cliffs. Deep bays bathed by crystalline water, creeks, and small pebble beaches. Villages with hillside, olive groves several times centenaires, isolated monasteries, and nested in superb landscapes.

With Each One Its Specialty:
* Sivota harbour (two kilometers). Ideal base for cruising yachts or boats mooring (possibility to rent some). Famous for is fishes restaurants.
* Vasiliki bay (12 kilometers).
** European wind surf spot. Renting last generation's equipment for beginners and advanced, lessons available.
** Naut sailing dinghy and hobie cat base: renting and lessons.
** Wake, water-skiing and ski biscuit on protected area.
** Scuba diving club.

About the Villas:
On its southern coast, two kilometers) from the small Sivota harbour, in a heavenly place, in the shade of centenaries olive-trees and facing the mythic islands of Ithaca and Képhalonia, some charming villas with swimming pool are nested.

Rental Policy

Price

The prices indicated were established on the basis of the effective economic situation at the day of your reservation. We reserve the right to reflect on them the price increases imposed by the provisions of service before the date of your stay.

Responsability

We release ourselves from all disturbances generated by the climatic phenomena. Any stay that we would be in the obligation to cancel entirely will involve in simply refunding of the sums paid by the customer without the allowance for him to claim. Any stay interrupted because of the customer, for some any reason that it is, cannot give rise to a refunding.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be sent by registered letter, on strength of postmark.

* Cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
* Cancellation between 45 days and 31 days before the arrival date, we keep 50% of the total price of the stay.
* Cancellation between 31 days and 48 hours before the arrival date, we keep 75% of the total price of the stay.
* Less than 48 hours, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Others

At your arrival, you will be asked for a guarantee deposit, which will be given back to you in a maximum of 15 days after your departure, after inventory checking. In the event of damages and after estimate, those will be deducted from your guarantee. The possible surplus will be charged to you.
Particular conditions

For the period out of season, the electricity, the sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the tariff.

The swimming-pool is not supervised, we decline any responsibility in case of accident (be careful of the children).
