Wurlitzer Manor & Gardens is a private residence with 13 luscious acres surrounding two fully furnished vacation guest homes and a 2-bedroom manor suite. The property is situated high on a bluff with breathtaking views of the Tacoma Narrows waterway

Property Details

Each home sleeps 6-8 comfortably. The homes at Wurlitzer Manor are elegant and
fully furnished. The homes are functionally furnished with a full kitchen to accommodate up to 8 people.

Amenities:

1. Concierge services, i.e. personal chef to prepare a gourmet meal or breakfast for business or family vacation life and special events. Food, beverages, and personal items maybe purchased in advance to be available upon arrival with our concierge service.
2. Gourmet gift baskets maybe ordered in advance for special occasions, life events,
and celebrations.
3. Broadband wireless and business work area.
4. Peaceful, tranquil, and privacy at the homes and manor suite.
5. Moments from the Tacoma Narrows Airport.
6. We will pick you up from the airport if there is no vehicle available. The Narrows Landing Restaurant is available for meals.
7. Staying at a vacation home which is near the airport with full amenities allows for
pilots, families, and business travelers to enjoy the surroundings in a spacious manor suite or home but near your airplane.
8. The homes and manor suite have their own outdoor Jacuzzis.
9. The homes and manor suite have views of the Tacoma Narrows.

Garden Home:

King downstairs bedroom; futon in upstairs loft, bedroom upstairs -- 2 king beds and futon. There is a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.

The home is a family home, i.e. large deck, open floor plan, and Jacuzzi

Soundview Home: Adult living. It is a 3 bathroom, 3-bedroom home with a loft. Suite downstairs with a Queen bed. In the downstairs area there is a sofa that also becomes a sleeper sofa. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king bed. Next to the master bedroom is a bedroom with 2 separate twin beds. There is an upstairs loft with a day bed and a bed underneath that maybe pulled out for one large person or 2 people to sleep.

The Soundview Home may also be separated with the Soundview Suite (lower level) and the Soundview Home (upper level).

It sleeps 6-8 comfortably and is fully furnished.

Children 6 and older are welcome at the Soundview Home

c. Manor Suite -- 2-bedroom suite (king bed and Queen bed), 1 bathroom with den. In the den there is a galley which has a microwave and refrigerator. It also offers a private deck and Hot Tub.
