Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices depend on the apartment, length of stay and number of guests.
Prices include arrival and departure transfer service, cleaning and change of bed linen/towels once a week.
There is no minimum stay, it is possible to rent holiday apartment for 1 night or even few months with us.
In order to confirm the reservation we require pre-payment of 40%. Pre-payment can be made via credit card or by bank transfer.
Pre-payment (less the bank fees) will be reimbursed in case the cancellation is made at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival.
