Built in 1942, this sunny 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is nice and clean, and charmingly furnished. Only 3 houses, or about 100 feet, from the bay front, and about 75 yards from the ocean.

Full kitchen and bath; all bed and bath linens, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and two beach cruisers provided. Cable TV, DVD, and wireless internet access. The cottage has beautiful hardwood floors, brick fireplace, gas heat, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a pretty front garden and private backyard patio with large gas grill, and outdoor shower.

Five minutes from Seaworld; 20 minutes or less to the San Diego zoo, Balboa Park, Scripps Aquarium, La Jolla Cove, and downtown Gaslamp, and 7 miles from the airport (SAN)

Rental Policies

No smoking, no pets (sorry), and NO parties.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

RATES, through May 2009 (excluding Memorial Day weekend):
$775/week, or $135/night, 3 night minimum stay

SUMMER 2009 (excluding 4th July week; Labor Day weekend):

JUNE, $1475/week, $225/night, 3 night minimum stay

JULY - AUGUST, $1650/week, $250/night, 3 night minimum stay

Holiday Rates:
Memorial Day weekend (3 nights): $825
4th of July week: $1800
Labor Day weekend (3 nights): $875

10.5% city tax
$450 security deposit is refundable.
