Property Description

Vista Del Sol is located on the best swimming beach in Puerto Vallarta. My apartment is on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps up to 4 people. The balcony has expansive views of Banderas Bay.

Property Details

Located at the quiet end of the beach in the picturesque Old Town, Villas Vista Del Sol is just south of the river, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, galleries and nightlife. A supermarket is just two blocks away.

The condo is my home for half the year and so is decorated and maintained to the highest standards. It has a 30 foot terrace with views of the whole Banderas Bay - an ideal place to sip your morning coffee while watching whales, dolphins and pelicans pass by. In the evenings watch the spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite drink.
There is an electric barbecue on the balcony for your use, lounge chairs and outdoor dining table and chairs.

The living room has folding glass doors creating a complete indoor/outdoor living experience.

The glass dining table will seat eight and the buffet holds everything you need for a formal dinner party or a casual meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a cook wants

There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite baths.
The bedrooms are air conditioned and the master suite has a king size bed, and a huge tiled bathtub with room for two

A short walk along the beach and you'll find para sailing, cruises, horseback riding, snorkeling, swimming and jet skiing.

If you like to spend your time under a palapa on the beach you need go no further than the front of the building, where an excellent and inexpensive restaurant will serve you drinks under your palapa, and meals at a table overlooking the beach.
Or enjoy swimming, sunbathing and fantastic 360 views from the rooftop pool

Rental Policy

Please enjoy my winter home and remember there is absolutely NO smoking inside the condo, and I have a maximum of 4 people. Older children are welcome but a number of valuable objects within reach of little hands means it is not suitable for young children.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

For up to 4 people, $100 per night in the low season to $225 over the holidays. Shoulder season of $195 per night. Minimum stay 4 nights with a $250 deposit.
