We just renovated everything, everything is new. Slate tiles, furniture, wall paint... just everything. You will love our wicker furniture and the cozy atmosphere. We offer a full equipped kitchen and towels and linen are also provided. Watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning, from the living room, or balcony with nice patio furniture or just a few steps away on the uncrowded beach.

A TV and DVD with Movies is also there for watching your favorite movies while on the sofa and listen to the sound of the ocean. Your master bath features a tub/shower combination. The master suite has a new queen bed, with TV and Playstation. There are also two brand new bunkbeds in the hallway for the kids and a comfortable queen sofabed in the living room. There are family board games and a Video Game for your time out after the beach.

There is also a charcoal grill in the picnic area. Vending machine, washer and dryer on every floor, as well as an elevator for your use, covered Parking.

Rental Policies

All reservations will be confirmed with a 50% deposit,
which includes half the base rent and 100% refundable
security deposit.
