Amenities include an elevator, secure building, queen size pillow top bed, queen sleeper sofa, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, fully equipped modern kitchen, wireless internet, fine linens, dining area and local artwork. Parking is available on the street or in the parking deck across the street. The decor is contemporary and comfortable. Also there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Rental Policies

House rules: This is a no smoking building and there are a maximum of four persons allowed unless permission has been given by Lynne for more people. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. There is not a phone in the unit but cell service is strong in the downtown area. This is a quiet building with mostly full time residents so please keep the noise level down.
