Hale Kona Kai is the best place to stay in Kona! Hale Kona Kai is oceanfront and near everything. We are located on a quiet street on the ocean so all you hear is the waves. Walk to downtown Kailua-Kona and enjoy restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches and activities. Enjoy watching the sunset from your oceanfront lanai. Our one bedroom apartment sleeps four. We have a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room with a memory foam topper. Our corner unit has an extra large lanai looking out over Kailua Bay. We have fully remodeled and equipped #201 for your vacation pleasure. There is cable TV in the living room and a flat screen TV with DVD in the bedroom. The bath/shower combo has granite surround. Granite breakfast bar with four barstools. Patio table and four swivel/rocker chairs on the lanai. Watch surfers, parasailers, cruise ships and pleasure boats from your lanai. Located next door to Royal Kona Tennis Courts and the Royal Kona Resort. Walk to Huggos, Hard Rock Cafe, Kona Inn, and many other restaurants in downtown Kona.

Rental Policies

Stay must be paid 30 days in advance, no cancellation withing 30 days of stay.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are currently $175/night + 11.25 tax + $85 cleaning fee. Three night minimum, no cancellations within 30 days of reservation.
