Property Description

Grace Grange Lodge seeks to provide Bed and Breakfast comfort to people and their animal companions. The State Forest location is only 20 minutes from all the amenities of Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Boyne Country. Trails immediately accessible.

Property Details

The Lodge is the main residence on a 20 acre horse ranch. The property is adjacent to the Mackinac State Forest. The area is maintained year round for recreational use by hikers, horse owners, orv users, xc skiers and snowshoer's.
Owners are advised to leash dogs,for safety, required from April 1 to July 15. This is an area of abundant wildlife that must be respected. Canine accommodations are with the owner, a fenced dog run is available for brief periods.
Equine accommodations range from pasture board, to staff maintained board in 12'x 12'stalls with paddock and pasture access.
Use of the Lodge kitchen for meal preparation is an additional fee. A propane grill, micro wave and refrigerator are available for guest use included in the room rates.

Rental Policies

First night paid by personal check or money order 15 days preceeding arrival. Balance due on arrival.

Rental Rates

$301.00 to $455.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Single person rates, $65 per night
Two person rates, $85 per night
Multiple night reservations receive 10% discount, no block out dates, one discount only per reservation. From Nov. 1 to Dec. 21 and March 15 to May 1, purchase two nights, get one free, free night is Sunday-Thursday.
