Only a short, scenic stroll away is Perla Marina Beach, one of the quietest and most picturesque beaches around. Amenities include: full kitchen, laundry room, maid service, cable TV and swimming pool.

Rental Policies

Rental Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. An invoice will be emailed to you via PayPal for payment.
Rental Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations occurring less than stated notice will cause 1/2 of total rental amount to be forfeited, unless unit is re-rented.
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable US$100.00 cancellation processing fee.
Only adults of legal contractual age may contract for rental. Identification must be furnished upon request.
Only people listed on the lease are allowed on the homeowner's property unless person is approved by the rental management company.
Smoking is not permitted inside any units. If it is determined that smoking did occur inside a unit, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of smoke removal and any damages incurred.
No pets of any kind are allowed inside the units.
The listed "Limit" number indicates the maximum number of occupants allowed in a property at any one time. (Exceptions for infants under age 2 only.)
Guests are encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance due to uncontrollable weather circumstances.
