Recently written up in the Washington Post, Colonial Beach is a small town off the beaten path, but within driving distance of DC. We are located on a peninsula bordered by the Potomac River and Monroe Bay. Watch the sunrise and set.

Property Details

Our charming cottage, sleeps 6 comfortably. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, satellite tv with a dvd and vhs player, library of books, dvds, videos and games. Enyoy our sunporch with dining table or reading a book in the sitting area. We have a back deck and a large backyard. We are located 3 blocks from the Potomac River and one block from Monroe Bay. You can rent golf carts, bring your bikes or walk around town and enjoy the restaurants or sunning yourself. George Washington and Robert E. Lee's birthplaces are worth visiting and farely close by. The Westmoreland Berry Farm and Ingleside Winery are 20 minutes away. We are located 45 minutes due east of Fredericksburg, VA.

Rental Policies

Rental lease required, $125 refundable security deposit and $50 cleaning fee.
