This charming flat is located on the 7th and last floor of a classical building, in the Joaquim Nabuco street, one of Ipanema's nicest. Ideally located 50 meters away from the beach, close to the Arpoador rock, as well as Copacabana.

A large window oversees the surrounding buildings' gardens and offers a rewarding view of the sea. The flat is very quiet, very luminous. On the first ground, the building has a nice tree covered area.

After entering through a small hallway, a spacious living-room, with wooden floor, opens onto a small "stage", occupied by the double bed and the main cupboard. The kitchen and the bathroom are functional and well-equipped.

The flat has an area of 35 m², or 350 sq. ft. It can sleep 2-3 adults comfortably.
Fully equipped, the flat offers a color TV, a CD and tape player. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment. All the house utilities are new and of very good quality.

Less than a 5 minute walk away from the flat, you will find numerous shops and services, including a 24/24h supermarket, internet cafés, post office, banks, bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema, a theater (Laura Alvim Cultural Center).
