Luxury 4 bed Florida villa situated in a delightful corner plot on the Westridge Estate, a quiet residential neighborhood only 12 minutes drive southwest of Disney World resort.

The villa has recently benefited from an appliance upgrade which consisted of the replacement of all white goods, a new king size bed in the master suite, installation of solar panel pool heating and various other improvements to a total of £10000.00, ($20000.00, Easter 2005).
The estate is located on US highway 27 a short drive north from exit 55 of Interstate 4. Orlando Int Airport is an easy 30 minute drive away.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are only 2 to 3 minutes drive along highway 27 with even more shops, restaurants and attractions a little further away on the 192.
When you want a change of pace from Orlando’s famous attractions, the Gulf or Atlantic coasts are only 60 minutes drive away.
The accommodation comprises.

Open plan family and dining room, centrally situated with TV, combined DVD/CDR, and high quality stereo equipment.

The villa is ideally laid out for 2 families to share, the master suite and one twin room are at one end of the property, with a double and a further twin and family bathroom at the other end. The lounge, kitchen and dining room are in the center of the property with the lounge giving access to the patio and pool area.

Rental Policy

$360/£200 refundable security deposit. £200/$360 non refundable deposit secures booking balance payable 60 days before start of vacation.
