Villa Encantada on Lake Arenal is your chance to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the REAL Costa Rica. This secluded/secure lakefront home is sits on a 40-acre, lushly landscaped, private estate close to Arenal Volcano, and many top destinations.

We've coined a term called 'Casual Elegance', which is to say that Villa Encantada has an upscale, enchanting, magical presence to it. It's decorated with a Central American theme of Antiques, Indigenous Masks, colorful tapestries, and lots of glass to give the feeling of being immersed in nature. We've found that more and more travelers are trying to escape the well beaten path of tourist traps and are looking for a place to get away from it all, and to experience the Real Costa Rica and it's friendly people. Lake Arenal and the village of Nuevo Arenal offer that Great Escape. ...yet Easy Day Trips to top attractions are well within reach. This is the Best of Both Worlds! We've been renting Villa Encantada for going on 10 years now and have hosted thousands of guests, a great many of them have visited numerous times. Almost without exception we hear again and again~~ 'This place is awesome and we'll be back'. It's our pleasure and we're proud to be a part of your travel experience

Rental Policy

Rental Rates: Based on the number of guests in your group.

Stays of less than 1 week (prorated) & subject to availability.

3 night minumum stay required.

When you rent the villa, you get the entire Lakefront estate. Complete Privacy ~~No sharing with other groups.

Arrival Times

Check-In 2:00PM Check -Out 11:00AM

Rental Rates: Based on the number of guests in your group.

Villa sleeps 2-12 persons...Children 6 and under stay FREE**

Rates valid thru Nov. 2009

December 1-September 15th

2-4 persons: $2,100.00 per week

Extra Guests: $35.00 per person/per night


September 16th-November 30th

2-4 persons: $1,800.00 per week

Extra Guests: $35.00 per person/per night

Christmas/New Years~Easter~Thanksgiving Weeks

2-12 persons: $3,500.00 per week

You get the entire villa (and 40 acre Lakefront Estate) regardless of the number of persons in your group. (no sharing with other groups)

Reservation Deposit: 40%, Balance due 45 days prior to arrival

Damage and Security Deposit: $300.00 (Refundable)

Sales and Room Occupancy Tax (16.39%) not included in listed rates
