Our pet friendly Lake front vacation rental home is located on a secluded Norris Lake cove in Deerfield Resort just north of Knoxville, TN. The area provides the ultimate in boating, water skiing, golfing and fishing all within a gated community that even includes its own airport for your private plane. Norris Lake is quickly being discovered by water enthusiasts but not over crowed with houseboats or speed boats. The lake's beautiful clear waters span more than 800 miles of shoreline covering 34,000 acres, so it is easy to find your very own corner of paradise even during peak season. Challenge yourself to the two slalom courses and jump a short distance from Deerfield. See for yourself why Waterski Magazine raves about Norris Lake as the #1 ski lake East of the Mississippi.


Our Home is a newly built 5 bedroom, 4 bath house that comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. Perfect for that multi-family gathering, golfer's weekend or just a couples escape. Home includes a well stocked kitchen, 3 decks and even two family rooms equipped with home theatre TVs, foosball, etc... The home has immediate access to a floating swimmer's dock, complete with a private JetPort for your use. The cove also provides boat slips for your own boat or a rental from nearby marinas.

Rental Rates

$175.00 to $400.00 per day
$1,000.00 to $2,600.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

7 night minimum stay during Peak Season (Saturday to Saturday).

3 night minimum during In-Season and Off-Season periods.

$150 required cleaning fee per rental.
Reservations held on first come first serve basis with security deposit of $400.00 and signed Rental Agreement only.

Pet fee of $10/night for 1-2 pets or $20/night for 3-4 pets.

Full rental fee is due 90 days prior to your arrival reservation date.

Tennessee sales tax of 9.25% added to all fees.
All amounts payable by personal check, cashier's check or money order only.

Check in is no earlier than 4:00 pm. Check out is no later than 10:00 am.
