Property Details

Furnished in an exquisite island-Oriental motif, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home (Sleeps 6) boasts many decorator delights. An oversized, black marble sunken tub and shower off the master suite, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, an entertainment center, and the tropical garden lanai covered with sweet-smelling jasmine, are just a few of the special offerings of this home.

Amenities
There's a washer/dryer, Plenty of extra linens, and beach towels. Maid service is not provided.

Enjoy the CD player, DVD Player, VCR, Cable TV's, Gas Barbecue Grill, and private phone. There is even a high speed cable connection available for your laptop. There are tropical breezes, and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool; no a/c.

The master bedroom has a king bed. A queen in bedroom #2 with 2 twins in bedroom #3.The Poipu Kai Resort offers nine tennis courts, a gated swimming pool and spa, and 24 hour security on site. The Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Poipu Bay Resort golf course are just minutes away.

Activities
Shipwreck Beach is to the east and Poipu Beach and Brennecke's Beach are to the west, and it is joined by wide open green belts. All beaches are just a few minutes walk away. Poipu Beach was recently rated the #1 Beach in the US. It has fantastic snokeling among other things and Brennecke's Beach is a world-famous body-surfing beach.

Rental Policies

DEPOSITS: A deposit is due upon making your reservation. The deposit may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. There is a $35 non-refundable processing fee due at time of booking with the deposit. The security deposit for homes is returned after all bills are received, usually within 30 to 45 days after departure.
RENT: Full rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If your payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds.
CANCELLATIONS: You have the right to cancel with 60 days written notice for homes. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee and the $35 processing fee. If written notice is received less than 30 days for condos or 60 days for homes, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.

Rental Rates

$260.00 to $260.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There is a 5 night minimum stay required. A $500 security deposit is required and there is a $193 cleaning fee and a $35 processing fee.
