Treehouse Condos is located on Indian Point's resort area close to Branson Attractions and activities including music shows, shopping, and fine eateries! Indian Point is an excellent lakeside retreat with plenty of natural beauty to help you relax and enjoy your surroundings. Listen to the breeze blow, catch the sunset over Table Rock Lake, take in all that the backwoods has to offer. Who knows, you may even spot some wild deer along our walking path to the lake.

We are located ONLY 1 MILE from Silver Dollar City with Easy, Traffic-Free Access! Step back in time to an 1880's America where you'll experience a spirited celebration of crafts and wholesome family fun around every corner. Rental Policy

Rate Policies:
+ All stays require a two (2)-night minimum and some Holidays or Peak Season may require more.

+ Between June 15 and August 15, a stay of less than three (3) nights will incur a cleaning fee of: 1BR - $50, 2BR - $60, 3BR - $70.

+ Rates are subject to change without notice.

+ Rates do not include group rates, specials, packages or other special arrangements.

+ Rates listed do not include state, county and local surcharge or sales taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

+ $20 cancellation fee applied to any reservations cancelled.


+ Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 10 days of arrival date (without management approval).
