Gander Island Cabins are in one of the best locations in the Shenandoah Valley.They are located on 7.5 private acres with over 1000 feet river frontage.Yet they are only 3 miles from Luray Cavers,Country Club,Airport and Zoo.Only 10 miles from Shenandoah National Park,and 5 miles from the George Washington National Forest.Fort Valley Stable are 15 miles as are Shenandoah River Outfitters.If water skiing is something you enjoy Massanutten Boat ranp is only 5 miles.Four Wheelers,trail is only 20 miles.Skiing or indoor water park,Massanutten Resort is on 35 miles.There are vinyards nearby,as well as historic land marks.
The cabins are very romantic,relax in the 6-person hottub,or on the deck listening to the rippling of the water.
You may catch a glimpse of a deer,raccoon,or beavers that abound on the property or listen to the sounds of the geese,early in the morning.
You can do it all or just take a break from it all.
