Rental Policy

A Reservation security deposit of $300 required with each rental. This deposit is fully refundable according to requirements spelled out in the owner's signed rental agreement.

Check in 3:30PM check out 10:30AM

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Tax will be added to the price for all weekly rentals. One week minimum rentals, June,July,August,Christmas/New Years.
