Rental Policy

Skiing BC/Golfing BC Booking Policies

All bookings require a deposit equivalent to 25% of the entire rental.

The balance owing will be due 30 - 60 days prior to arrival depending on season and type of booking. The payment due dates are determined by SkiingBC/Golfing BC

All reservations and deposits are non - refundable once the balance has been paid in full. We will attempt to re-rent the unit if there is a cancellation. We will refund the difference of the replacement rental with the cancelled reservation. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $100 cancellation fee.

Reservations are made for a specified number of guests. SkiingBC / Golfing BC reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service if the party size is larger than what has been indicated and we have not been notified.

Payments may be made via VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. Personal cheques are acceptable when the are received at least 61 days prior to arrival.

Skiing BC/Golfing BC acts as an agent for property owners. We accept no liability on their behalf.

Skiing BC/Golfing BC reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent accommodation at their discretion if the reserved property becomes unavailable.

Damage deposits are required on some bookings. These are returned 15 days after the completion of the reservation.

All reservations are made for a set number of occupants. Each unit has a maximum occupancy. If the occupancy limit as set at the time of booking is exceeded guests may be asked to leave with no refund or additional occupant charges may apply.

Upon arrival the credit card used to pay for the reservation will be required. An imprint of the card and signature of the card holder will be taken at this time. You will not be charged again for the reservation this is for our security and is required by the credit card companies.

All reservations are made on a space availably basis unless otherwise negotiated. Space may be limited during certain periods.

During certain periods minimum night stays apply.

All reservations are on a first come first serve basis. The only way to guarantee space is to leave a deposit via credit card.
