The full kitchen is complete with dish washer, microwave, waffle maker and even a rice maker. Sandy beaches are accessible both in Naples and in Marco Island (free access in parking with decal, beach towels also available). The club house, which will be ready by Spring 2007 has a swimming pool and meeting rooms if you so choose to use. This unit is brand new (2006) built and is available to the caring renter(s).

Rental Policy

Cancellations: If cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival, the total deposit will be refunded minus a $25 Administration fee. If cancelled less than 60 but before 30 days before arrival, forfeit of 50% rental rate. - No refunds will be given less than 30 days or for interruption due to inclement weather or illness. A $25 administration fee will be charged to all changes. All changes/cancellations are required to be in written form. No refunds will be made within 30 days of the reserved dates stated, however, if a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved by the LESSEE, LESSOR will allow LESSEE to select a future available time period in a comparable rate/season category, in lieu of a refund.
