The apartments are ideally located for beach, golfing and mountaineering holidays. It is only 500 metres from the sea and is close to sandy beaches and the dramatic coastline of Cabo Roig and Campoamor. The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a 5 minute drive. La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor are 45 minutes away. Nearby facilities include large supermarkets, small shops and banks. Many bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep.

Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort leisure complex with its superb facilities including large pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, and sauna, bars and restaurant. Cartegena, Alicante, Elche, and Murcia are all within an hour's drive. Each town has its own special Spanish flavour and a visit is recommended. The newly opened theme park of 'Terra Mitica' is approximately one hour's drive away. Health: The area is ranked as ' the healthiest place in the world to live' by the World Health Organisation. The bracing sea air, together with the salt lakes encourages a variety of exotic wildlife - all on your doorstep. We are also surrounded by 3 international golf club within 5 minutes drive, Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamor, all on your doorstep. La Manga is only a 45 minute drive, La Finca which will be holding the Spanish Open soon is even closer, only a 20 minute drive.

These prices are for a 2 bedroom apartment, please email details A 100 euro non-refundable deposit is required upon booking the apartment. The final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior of your holiday.

A 100 euros security deposit is required against any damage that may occur whilst you are renting our apartment. This is to be paid on arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure on confirmation that the apartment has been left in good order.

Some apartments have air conditioning, if you require this there is a 30 euro suppliment per week. Please state in advance if you want this. Car, Cot and Highchair rental is available on request in advance.

Mid term cleaning of the apartment can also be provided, prices on request. Welcome Packs are also available on request.

Long term rentals and large group bookings are also available, please contact us for rates.
