Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Please call or e-mail to check availability. We will then forward you a booking form. A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Key/Damage Refundable Deposit: We charge a £200 fully refundable deposit to cover the possible loss of one of the 2 keys and remote controls we shall provide for your access. When these are returned to us and our cleaning staff confirm no damage of concern the deposit is immediately refunded.
