The cabin is directly on High Rock Lake with a spectacular 4 level pier. A guest fishing permit is provided to allow guests to fish from the floating dock or pier.
The cabin can accommodate up to 6 to 7 adults.

RESERVATIONS Reservations accepted 7 days a week. A prepayment of one half of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. A personal check is the preferred method of prepayment. A valid MasterCard/Visa may also be used for prepayment via PayPal. Prepayment MUST be received within five (5) business days after making reservation. Please state date of occupancy on your advance deposit check. Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation will be sent showing the reserved dates and remaining balance.
BALANCE The total balance of your charges is due at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Balance may be paid by personal check or credit card. Final payment will be posted to your account and confirmation mailed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $150. Please allow up to four(4) weeks for return of deposit after verification of property condition.
SMOKING POLICY: Outside smoking only! No smoking in the screened porch area.
CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY. Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Refunds will be made under the following terms: Canceled 2 weeks before arrival, full refund minus $50 cancellation fee. Canceled within 0 t o 13 days of arrival, refund only if property is re-rented.. All refunds are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES WARNING-WE RENT TO FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS ONLY! We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring breakers, or other non family groups to be determined at our sole discretion. Any violation will result in termination of your stay without refund.
PETS Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and additional security deposit is required for pets. Pet waste clean up is NOT included in the cleaning charge.
OTHER POLICY NO FIREWORKS. NO PHONE CALLS MAY BE BILLED TO THE HOMEOWNER’S TELEPHONE. MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IN THE HOUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
KEYS: For security reasons and lock change expense, there is a $50.00 charge for each lost or unreturned key.
DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE Available upon request for an additional cost of $50 without pets and $75 with pets for the property. (PET WASTE CLEANUP IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS FEE) If maid service is not requested, the guest is responsible for cleaning unit and premises prior to departure. If unit is not cleaned, a $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guests account.
KITCHENS All kitchens should be fully equipped for daily meals and serving. The following items will be available to accommodate at least each guest: coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, flatware, serving dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. If needed you may want to consider bringing with you items such as: blender, food processor, extra large or specialty pots and pans, specialty knives and cooking utensils, etc.
PLEASE NOTE Property items (such as bedspreads, pillows, chairs, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.) are NOT to be taken out of the property.
LOST and FOUND We will NOT be responsible for any personal items left in the units.
LOCKED CLOSETS We have personal items locked in a closet for our convenience. These areas are not included in any rental. Please do NOT attempt to open these locked closets - they are for HOMEOWNER USE ONLY. If you break into the closet, your guest account will be charged for any repairs as well as missing items.
