The apartment has a ideal location, in the historic and geographic center of Paris,rue Gît le Coeur, beetween the Seine Quays, Saint Germains des Près and the Latin Quarter. The access is easy and secured by a digital code door. The little building is well kept in a family atmosphere.
Cleaning is made after and before each stay and it is included in the price.
Fully equiped open plan kitchen-dinning room. You can see a floor plan , an area map on my personal webpage linked below. From here, you can easily visit Paris and the most prestigious places by foot. If you are in Paris for work or business, you can get all transport means in Place Saint-Michel: Métro-RER-Bus-Taxis. You return in calm in the apartment where there is no noise.
Rental Policy
The down payment for reservation is half rent for a week and the third for longer.
