Shadyann is located in Wears Valley area. The heartland of the Smoky Mountains. It sleeps 12 guest with all the amenities that you will need. Our repeat guest return time and time again, for Shadyann is thier home away from home. Relax and enjoy.

Property Details

Shadyann is a newly built full log cabin and has every amenity you could want in this wooded paradise. The vast great room has knotty pine. The large glass windows provide a view of the wooded surroundings. The open kitchen design along with the hardwood flooring through out the cabin provides spaciousness along with the Master suite with king size bed on the main floor. Up the beautiful wood stairs is another suite with queen size bed , bath and sleeping loft providing full size bed. Satellite television is provided in the Great room and all bedrooms.

Shadyann will sleep 12 persons comfortable, we provide linens and towels for your needs.

There are two large decks wrapping around the sides to provide plenty of space for large family cookouts and gatherings and a hot tub for relaxing and enjoying the peace of the countryside. Rocking chairs and a porch swing are also provided for just sitting and enjoying the view.
Located in basement level is King size bed room with 1/2 bath.

For inside fun, there is a game room in the basement level with an air hockey table, and other games.

Outside firepit for the young at heart, around the campfire with marshmellows and hot dogs.

Rental Policy

30 Day Cancellation Notice Only, Smoking on outside decks only. $250.00 Security Deposit Required. Pet Fee of $35.00 per stay / per pet, Max. 2 pets. Pool available off premises, with fee (Summer Months Only). Payment due with 7 date of booking payable by check or money order. Credit Card applies additional fee on rates.

Minimum Stay requirements is 2 days Summer Season, 3 day Fall Foliage Season. Holidays 7 day bookings only. Our new lower rates are based on the number of quest that stays at our cabin.
