further. Eadon Villa is a premier villa available for both short and long term lettings, situated just 15 minutes away from the white sand gulf coast beaches surrounding Bradenton and Sarasota - including the stunning Anna Maria island. The villa is spacious and
tastefully furnished throughout with four bedrooms, large kitchen, den area, dining room and its own private pool and spa. It is situated on a quiet community with tennis court, volleyball court,
basketball court, childrens play area and communal pool. The popular areas of Lido, Siesta Key beaches and St. Armands Circle, with it's fine shops and restaurants, are just a 30 minute drive away. Further fantastic shopping can be enjoyed at Ellenton
Mall – the largest in Florida with over 400 outlets!
The area has several fine golf courses and for those more adventurous, Busch Gardens Zoo/Theme Park is a 45 minute drive and it's a 90 minute drive to visit Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
With a transfer time of just 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport or 2 hours from Orlando International, Eadon Villa represents somewhere to stay which is different from the “Orlando crowd” yet convenient to enjoy some of its attractions. Within a

Deposit $200/week or £150/week to confirm booking balance due eight weeks prior
to departure.
No Hidden Extras but pool/spa heating is extra; inclusive of Taxes, etc.
Refundable Security Deposit of $150 or £100/stay required with final balance.
We welcome weekly vacation renters or longer term (monthly) rentals.
