This home is on Kailua Beach, (consistently chosen among the best beaches in the US and is the only beach in Hawaii to rank in the top five in all rating categories) Our home is arguably the most environmentally fitting house on Kailua Beach.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs with a full kitchen and spacious living areas. Many large glass windows and 3 patio doors open onto a 1310 sq. ft. wrap around lanai. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, a 3/4 kitchen, and a large living/dining area that opens onto a beautifully landscaped lawn. All within a few steps of the ocean. The house is well divided to provide maximum privacy for each bedroom and each bedroom has beach/ocean views and sounds. The house has an open and airy design that draws you into nature. Everything for a beach outing is provided from grass mats and towels, to a outside shower with hot and cold running water.
The sounds and views of the beach, ocean, and surf are always within range.

LIVING: 2 TVs/cable, DVD Player, Stereos, 2 CD Players, 2 Kitchens/Microwaves, Refrigerators, Dishwasher, All Cooking utensils. Beds and bedding for the two king, one queen, and two twin beds. Deck chairs, lanai dining table and chairs, Washer/Dryer, 2 car garage. PLAY: Beach mats and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and tables, BBQ Grill, 8 Boogie Boards, 3 surf boards, 3 wind surf boards, lots of snorkel and diving equipment, 3 kayaks, 2 bicycles, Hobie Cat Catamaran. Sleeping bags and air mattresses. And of course, 3 miles of the finest sand beach in Hawaii. Gift certificates for kite surfing and/or wind surfing lessons included.

Kailua is a wonderful town with movies, concerts, theater, dining, shopping, and much more. Kailua has many fine restaurants and stores within easy walking or driving distance. Waikiki and Honolulu is 30 minutes away with numerous concerts and activities

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Rates are subject to change until rental is confirmed. A $1000 security deposit is due with reservation. All rentals must be prepaid. We also charge a $500 cleaning fee. Renters are responsible for all applicable taxes. Full refunds are offered with 60 day cancellation notice.
