Property Description

The Highlands is an exclusive development in the town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Our home has been designed to offer views of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Range. We are located within the city limits of Breckenridge.

Property Details

The Highlands is one of the finest developments in Breckenridge. All homes are on minimum acre lots, and all have retained most of the original trees and foilage.

Our home is designed around an open floor plan on the main floor. The kitchen, living room, and dining area provide an open entertainment arrangement. Light and views surround this area. A gas fireplace enhances the warmth of the in-floor radiant heat system.

The master suite is separated from the living area by a short flight of stairs. Again, light and views prvail from this valuted room and from the study which is near-by.

The other three bedrooms are on the lower floor. Two of these rooms have queen beds. The third bedroom on this level has two sets of bunk beds. Each has a private bath. From this level one can access the outdoor hot tub, the best place to be on a snowy night.

We hope to make our home your comfort zone. It is comfortable, warm, and immaculate. Expect Breckenridge and the Highlands to meet your vacation needs.
