A luxury fitted 3 bedroom detached holiday/vacation villa available for rent in 2007 and 2008. The villa has a private SOUTH facing swimming pool (important if you want to maximise your time in the sun by the pool), and sleeps 6 to 8 persons. Situated in a prime position within a traditional Cypriot coastal village, near to Paphos. Providing lovely mediterreanean sea views from the rear and views of the Cyprus Troodos foothills and mountains from the front.

Ideally located for a family holiday, walking holiday, birdwatching holiday or sports holiday. Situated 5 mins from secluded Cyprus beaches within the village, 10 mins from Paphos airport, 5 mins from two of Cyprus' three international golf courses, and 15 mins from Paphos town. Watersports, waterpark, shopping and historical places of interest all within 5 to 10 mins from the villa.

This luxury 3 bed holiday/vacation villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout with the ground floor comprising of a large open plan living room and dining room, a well equipped kitchen, and downstairs cloakroom. Two sets of large patio doors lead from the living room/dining room out onto the veranda, swimming pool and garden.

First floor consists of 3 large double bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en suite shower and toilet. A further family bathroom is also upstairs. Both rear bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a first floor balcony which overlooks the mediterreanean sea.

The village has two traditional good value tavernas, grocery store, small bank and bakery, all within 5 min walk from the villa. Mandria village is known for its flora and fauna, in particular birdwatching. Being a coastal village, the terrain is relatively flat, making walking easy.

Rental Rates

GBP 350.00 to GBP 850.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices are fully inclusive other than air conditioning which is £50 per week for the villa.
A returnable £200 security bond is required.
Deposit is 25% due within 5 days of provisionally booking villa.
Balance due 56 days prior to holiday departure.
