Property Description

Cascade Mountain Lodge is perfect for family vacations, romantic retreats or a get-a-way weekend. We are located in Cascade, Colorado in the historic Ute Pass. 6 miles west of Colorado Springs and 1 mile from Pikes Peak Toll-way.

Property Details

We are a log sided home offering 2 themed bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room with sleeper sofa, tv, movies and cozy rock fireplace. A dining room, kitchen stocked with dishes, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, dishwasher. A bath with towels and necessities, outdoor patio with grill. All the amenities of home.

Rental Policies

We accept credit cards and checks as forms of payment to hold your reservation. (If paying by check, all checks must be received two weeks before stay.) A deposit of 1 nights stay or 50% for the entire stay .. whichever is greater. Balance is due upon arrival. No personal checks at check in.
Cancellations: If you are cancelling your stay, we require a two weeks notice, less a $20.00 processing fee. If you are canceling within two weeks of arrival, deposit will be refunded if we are able to rebook the lodge, less a $20.00 processing fee. All cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged the full stay charge unless we are able to rebook, less a $20.00 processing fee. One month cancellation for holdays and special events. A $100. refundable security deposit is required.

Rental Rates

$805.00 to $875.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are $115.00 a night during low season (Oct. - April) and $125.00 a night during high season (May - Sept) for a 2 person stay and $8.00 each additonal person.
