You will find the location of our vacation home is SUPURB! Located in the heart of the Sunriver development, it boasts an absolutely wonderful woodsy location, yet still not too far away from activities and stores. Fort Rock Park is just up the street and around the corner. A great place for the kids to spend hours of enjoyment.

You will be extremely happy with the privacy of the back area of our vacation home. What you see is a wonderful forest view (see photos). Keep an eye out for the various visitng wildlife!

*Home is certified to sleep 10 people.
*Home can accommodate a total of 12 people.
(the formula of the local Sunriver Owners Association for renting a home is; 2 people per room, plus 2. This does not mean that more than 2 people may not occupy a room simultaneously. More than 2 people may occupy one bedroom and still be compliant with the formula. For calculating your formula, you need to know that children 5 years and under are not included in the formula).

Rental Fees:

$200 to $300

Summer Special: Receive 10% off nightly rent when you stay 7 nights or more.

House Cleaning is an additonal $85.00

A 7% Deschutes County tax must be collected on rent. DCCA-833

A 1% State of Oregon tax must be collected on rent.

$35.00 pet fee (per pet, maximum of 2 pets)

Booking Policies:
We will send you a reservation confirmation in a few days. Please read the agreement carefully, confirm arrival and departure dates. We hold the person whose name appears on the confirmation responsible for any payments, damage deposits, and all other responsibilities of the Rental agreement as outlined in the confirmation.

Reservation Deposit:
Once you have reserved the property, 35% of the rental amount is due upon confirmation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. If you are reserving a property within 45 days of the arrival date, the Total Reservation Amount is due.

Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or other legal reasons. Your reservation can be terminated during your stay and without refund of monies, if violations are reported and found to be true.

There is a 45-day cancellation policy. Full refunds minus a $50.00 processing fee will be given outside that 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 45 days may be refunded if the same days can be re-booked with another party. If re-booking is not possible, a credit will be held in the responsible party's name for a full year (to be used in the off season/low time only), minus the $50.00 booking fee. To re-book within that year, you will pay only the $50.00 processing fee.

Booking Requirements:
PLEASE NOTE: You must be 25 years or older to book our vacation home. When you are contacted to confirm this booking, you may be asked to submit a copy of your valid driver's license for proof of age. A valid credit card is required to book our vacation home.

DAMAGE DEPOSITS: A $250 damage deposit is required at the time your reservation is accepted. This check will need to be sent with your deposit or the full rental amount due.

Pet Policy:

As owners of this wonderful Sunriver vacation home, we have decided it will be a pet friendly home. We also have pets and enjoy sharing our vacationing time with them.

There is a $35.00 (per pet) nonrefundable fee. No more than 2 pets will be allowed to share the property with their vacationing family. Pets can be off leash if voice command trained. Otherwise keep you pet ON a leash at all times when outdoors.

About Sunriver
Sunriver is located in Central Oregon, two miles west of Highway 97 and 15 miles south of Bend.

It is bordered by the Deschutes River and is surrounded by National Forest Land. Sunriver is a planned community consisting of interrelated villages containing single and multi-family residential, resort, commercial and industrial properties.

Since our community is unincorporated, Deschutes County Planning Division handles all zoning issues. The Sunriver Owners Association oversees all development within Sunriver's planned community except for the privately owned Business Park. Sunriver maintains its own fire and police services on site.

Sunriver is a popular Northwest destination resort community with a vast array of year-round recreational opportunities including:

Enjoy some of the Northwest's best fly & rod fishing and campgrounds. Sunriver is surrounded by natural volcanic wonders found over 6,000 years ago, such as Lava Butte to the north and Newberry National Monument to the south.
Just outside Sunriver are the Lava Caves. which were formed as a result of the volcanic activity thousands of years ago. If you are a skier, you will enjoy cross country skiing in the woods or cross country and downhill skiing at Mt. Bachelor. The Northwest's premier recreational mountain has a diverse array of slopes for all skills level skiers and is located just 18 miles west of Sunriver.


Sunriver's 5,500-foot paved and lighted airstrip is one of the longest private airstrips in the West. It accommodates private planes of guests flying in for a brief visit or overnight stay and provides charter flights. In addition, you will find a shopping mall of numerous stores and boutiques, a post office, a state liquor store, restaurants, arts and crafts workshops, an elementary school, churches and the Sunriver Lodge.

The community now has approximately 2,899 homes and 900+ condominiums, with others in various stages of completion. Of the finished dwellings, many maybe rented for overnight or short periods of time.

Though now a settled community, the former hunter's and fishermen's paradise offers a temporary haven to migratory birds during their long journeys and provides a sojourn for deer and elk making their annual treks to and from the vast lower deserts and the rugged mountain wilds. It also plays host to otters, nesting swans and wood ducks, a few coyotes, ospreys and eagles. Sunriver remains an unenclosed sanctuary, where wildlife is left undisturbed to dwell in an atmosphere almost as hushed as nature intended only to be captured by the shutter of a photographer.
