Property Description

Cottage with hot tub directly on the water.There are three private bedrooms,one and one half baths, all bedding and lines provided. The master bedroom has a tv and it's own private balcony over looking the lake. Cable tv,dvd, vcr are provided.

Property Details

There is a spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensil, silverware and dishes to serve 8. There is also a coffee maker, microwave,and toaster. Off the kitchen there is a large deck with patio table and chairs. This is a wonderful place to watch the sunset, also to watch the many humming birds at ther evening meal. There is also a hot tub on this deck a good place to relax and watch the sun go down. From this deck it is only 5 steps down to a 24x10 boat dock and fish cleaning station. There is a large swim platform with a ladder, table & chairs. There are also lounge chairs to sun bath, read a book, or just enjoy being at the waters edge. the dock has been baited with brush all around. This lake house is truly a great place for families and fishermen. There is also a gas and charcoal grii provided. There is parking for three cars.Please bring life jackets and beach towels.

Rental Policies

No bachlor parties, frat parties etc.

Rental Rates

$900.00 to $1,050.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Peak season rate $175.00/nt $1050.00/wk.three night minnimum. if we agree on a two night stay the rate is $200.00/nt..off season two night stay rate is $175.00. offseason is before May 1st. and after Sept 30th.off season rate is $150.00/nt $900.00/wk. Half the rent to be paid when reservation is made, the other half of the rent plus the $300.00 damage deposit and the $50.00 cleaning fee to be paid two weeks prior to arrival.We accept paypal add a 3% transaction fee to total. Must be 25 to rent. 3% lodging tax applies to all rentals. Holiday rate is $200.00/nt three night minnimum. There is a charge of $25.00 per night per person over 6 people not to exceed 8 people. we will consider a small pet with a charge of $75.00
