Property Details

Redwood Haven’s bedroom has a high-standing queen, four poster bed, large armoire and a private television. The living room and adjacent dining room is spacious and features a large, cozy, L-shaped sectional couch with recliners, rocking chair, bar stools and table. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cooking utensils, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Redwood Haven is ideal for couples who want secluded privacy in a vacation rental, but also access to local activities and events. Just imagine sitting on the deck or in the hot tub at evening twilight, with a cool drink, and the rising moon.

Redwood Haven enjoys a wonderful location next to the Village Inn with its historic restaurant and bar and is just a few minutes walk to the Monte Rio public beach, stores, and Movie Theater. Armstrong Redwood State Reserve is nearby and the Sonoma Wine Country and local wine tasting is available in every direction.

The Pacific Ocean and the coastal towns of Jenner and Duncan Mills are a short 10-mile drive downriver. Finally, Northwood Golf – a rare and beautiful course designed within a redwood forest – is just around the corner.

Rental Policies

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. No late check-outs are permitted if someone is checking in on your day of departure. A $200/hour charge will be applied for any late check-out that occurs. If the unit is not booked on your departure day you may schedule a late check-out of 12:00 PM by confirming with the management in advance. Upon vacating the premises, guests agree to leave the vacation home in the same clean condition in which it was found.

Listed below are the check out procedures that guest must follow:

* Remove all trash and recycling from home and place in appropriate bins.
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clear counter-tops.
* All furniture must be put back in place.
* Close cover to hot tub and relock cable over the top
* Close all curtains and shades and lock all doors and turn off heating/cooling.
* Clean up any messes, spills that may have occurred.
* Pickup-after yourself. CHECK FOR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS.
* Return keys back to property agent or owner promptly.

Arrival Times

Check-in can take place anytime after 3:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. Keys can be obtained from the owners by mail or through special arrangement by a local property manager (this will be pre-arranged prior to your arrival). There is a dead bolt and a regular door lock that need to be unlocked for entry.

Rental Rates

$1,050.00 to $1,250.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

We have a minimum stay of two nights. Our rates range from $150 a night in the winter to $180 a night in the summer. We do not take a security deposit but keep your credit card on file in case of damages.
