We have a very special 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury house in the heart of Nevada City, CA. This unit is one of the most popular in the area and features all amenities, is close to town and offers relaxed living, entertainment and office facilities.

Property Details

Words are difficult to find to describe TuscanyGold, a very unique Italian-style vacation rental home that is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the Gold Country of Northern California. Made famous by the gold rush of the 1850s, Nevada City shares attractions with the Yuba River, Nevada and Amador County wine country, the Empire Mine and historic Grass Valley.

TuscanyGold is situated on a wooded lot one mile outside of town of Nevada City and contains a special blend of luxury accommodations. The master bedroom features a silk canopy over the queen bed and two baths (stone/tile show and private Jacuzzi bath). A second bedroom has been uniquely decorated with a child-like ambiance and features three single beds. A third bedroom and office are combined and features a futon, private bath and computer/printer with high-speed Internet connection, working desk and free long distance. A separate entertainment room is equipped with the latest surround-sound theater, advanced audio electronics and super premium cable package and gas fireplace.

Four deck areas surround the house with one platform providing a six-person hot tub. A large playground jungle-gym is part of the property and there are patio tables with chairs on every deck, a BBQ, washer/dryer and three wood stove/fireplaces within.

Rental Policies

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. No late check-outs are permitted if someone is checking in on your day of departure. A $250/hour charge will be applied for any late check-out that occurs. If the unit is available on your departure day you may schedule a late check-out of 12:00 PM by confirming with the Management in advance.

Upon vacating the premises, guests agree to leave the vacation home in the same clean condition in which it was found. Listed below are the check out procedures that guest must follow:
# Remove all trash and recycling from home and place in appropriate bins.
# Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clear counter-tops.
# All furniture must be put back in place.
# Clean up any messes, spills that may have occurred.
# Pickup-after yourself.CHECK FOR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS.
# Strip all beds.Leave all lines in a pile.
# Return keys back to office or owner promptly.

Arrival Times

Check-in can take place anytime after 3:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. Keys can be obtained from the owners at 337 Clay Street, Nevada City.
