Jan 05-Mar 31 .. $250/night
** Remainder of February $195/night 4 nights min stay

PAYMENT: 50% initial payment due within 7 days of making reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION Cost of one night stay if cancellation is received more than 60 Days prior to arrival.
Initial payment if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival date
Full payment if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival date

SECURITY AGREEMENT: All confirmations shall require a signed credit card (Visa, MC) authorization form which will allow owner to debit your account in the event of theft, major damage, or extra cleaning.
