This solar powered home is between the old Johnston estate & the foundry, right off the north dock and on the harbour. The Pub is within stumbling distance. The waterfront home, with tv/dvd/vcr, is well furnished with two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen & harbour views. The house has access to shallow & deep water dock slips. We can also set up bonefishing and offshore package adventures.
Dock Slip is included. Each bedroom has a bathroom, two closets and either a king or two twin beds
Rental Policy
November - February $1250/week, dock slip included
March - August- $1400/week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
We ask for a 30% deposit & have a 1 week minimum stay.
