The condo is completely redecorated (2006) and is bright and comfortable. There is a large private oceanfront balcony, with access from patio doors in living room and guest room. Also access from Master Bedroom. Complex is small (only about 60 units)and is in a quiet residential community on a dead end street on the ocean. There is private off-street parking, CLEAN HEATED OCEANFRONT POOL AND TENNIS COURT. The condo has new queen size sofa sleeper in living room plus an additional single rollaway bed in addition to the queen bed in Master Bedroom and two Twin Beds in guest room. There are wonderful restaurants in Islamorada, many waterfront, two within walking distance. Nearby cinema, shopping, grocery, medical facility, sportfishing and dive/snorkel charters.
