Watch the boats as they sail into Maalaea Harbor. Enjoy Maui's #1 tourist attraction-the Maui Ocean Center, shops, and restaurants at the end of the street! This location is a great place for people who like to snorkel, dive, fish, and sail, or for those who like to keep their feet on land while enjoying a fabulous ocean view! Beautiful Sugar Beach stretches to the east for over three miles in front of the 700 acre Kealia Nature Preserve for romantic sunset walks! Even the locals come here for boogie boarding and beginning surfing. For the golf fan, Sandalwood, Waikapu, Maui Lani and Elleair (Silversword) are all within a few minutes!

The view is better from the top! Our fourth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath unit has a king-size bed in the master bedroom with attached bath, and two twins that can be made into another king in the second, newly painted, bedroom. We have just added a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with a 6" inner spring mattress for total comfort for 2 more guests.

Our lanai has an absolutely spectacular view of the ocean! In the winter months the humpback whales can be seen playing in the warm waters! All year round it's a wonderful place to enjoy your breakfast or simply relax, watching and listening to the sound of the surf! Inside, the condo has been remodeled from floor to ceiling with wood floors in the bedrooms and tile everywhere else. New cabinets and Corian countertops complete the look in the kitchen with fresh paint, new stove and microwave as well. Truly a vacation place to return to!

When you want to get to other parts of the island, the tourist areas of Wailea and Lahaina are only 15-20 minutes away and Kahului and the airport are only 10 minutes down the road.

Rental Policies

$200 deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. $50 cancellation fee more than 60 days prior to arrival, $100 cancellation fee 60 days prior or less, remainder refunded subject to rerental.

Arrival Times

Normal check in is after 3 pm. Arrivals after business hours are no problem-our property manager uses a lockbox for after hours guests!
